Our Bianco Pet-Nat is a symphonic white blend that is bottled at the end of its wild fermentation before it is complete, trapping the carbon dioxide in the bottle resulting in a lightly sparkling or Petillant wine. Straw-colored with inviting aromas and flavors of white flowers, citrus fruit, tree fruit, stone fruit, yeasty bread, and salty minerals. A slight hint of sweetness balances the refreshing acidity and keeps you coming back for more sips of this super satisfying white sparkling wine. You can pair this one with just about anything from morning to noon, or tonight! 10% alcohol 134 cases produced.
We suggest standing bottle upright and chilling for 30 minutes prior to serving to avoid bubbling over.
