Our 2023 Sylvanus Pet-Nat is a field blend...a sparkling Vin de Terroir (all grapes grown and harvested together). Straw-colored, inviting aromas and flavors of white flowers, honeysuckle, tree fruit, musk melon, minerals and salty sea air. A hint of sweetness balances the refreshing acidity and keeps you coming back for more sips of this super satisfying white sparkling wine. You can pair this one with just about anything from morning to noon, or tonight! 10% alcohol. 128 cases produced.
