Light gold in color. Beautiful balance of light bubbles, acidity and slight sweetness. Just dynamite flavors and aromas of peaches, pineapples, and lychee as well as pears and salty minerals. Awesome on its own and a super match for anything fried, especially fish & chips, or old fashioned Fried Chicken.
