This is a blended Rosato; but not just a blend - a field blend-where everything was planted, grown, picked, processed and fermented together. A beautiful pink hue…this wine is 60% Merlot and 40% Teroldego (an expressive red grape originally from the Alto Adige), which adds a wild edge including dark bramble fruit and spice. In addition, there are red and black fruits, strawberries, plums, flowers, herbs and spices…cleansing acidity, great balance, beautiful texture and persistent length.
