An Intimate dinner with Chef Michael Anthony, Peter Kaminsky and the wines of Channing Daughters

The brand new Astor Center in New York hosts this special dining event: Farm to Chef, Field to Table which celebrates the great bounty of our particular corner of the world. This evening's event brings together some of the leading figures from all sides of the sustainable farming movement: farmers, chefs, writers, and activists for a five-course dinner prepared by Chef Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern, a longtime champion of locally-sourced ingredients, the wines of Channing Daughters Winery, with additional canapés and hors d'oeuvres prepared by Mary Cleaver of The Green Table and The Cleaver Company at Chelsea market, and a Farm to Chef board member and founding customer.
